We have loved using Singapore Dimensions in our home! My kids have used the kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 workbooks, textbooks and the test books for grade 1 &2. (I have not yet needed to use an instructors guide.)
The textbooks introduce the lessons in a clear and concise way, allowing for discussion and practise before the child completes the workbook on their own. The lessons flow well from one to another and even chapter to chapter, building on ideas previously learned.
I have compared other math curriculums to this one and it truly is my favourite. It also aligns well with my province’s learning outcomes (AB). I recommend this curriculum to new homeschool families or those looking to try something new.
