Schedule Your School Book Fair

Schedule Book Fair time frame: Monday-Friday

Select ordering deadline: Sunday or Friday at midnight following the end of School Fair.

Schedule display pick up or delivery.

Advertise at Your School!

CEB will provide a digital school poster for you to print and hang around your school.

There will also be a digital asset for you to email all your student families.

Get your Display Books!

If School Fair is local, school volunteers may pick up display package.

If School Fair is out of town, display books & marketing materials may be shipped. Cost of shipping will be taken from school credit.

School Fair Time!

Set up! – CEB will provide display book packages, tablecloths, and some book risers. Display example photo is provided.  You will need approximately 3-4 of your tables set up in a hall or common area.

CEB will provide a take-home flyer. Distribute take-home flyer on first day of school fair. Flyer outlines grade recommendations, ordering details, and school incentives.

Orders will take place through website with a specific school coupon code.

Earn store credit for your school!

5% Credit
for $1500-$2500 book sales

7% credit
for $2501-$5000 book sales

10% credit
for $5000+ book sales

Return display books.

If School Fair is local, school volunteers may return display package. (As an option school orders may be picked up at the same time).

If School Fair is out of town, please ship display and provide tracking within one week.

School orders will be packaged and shipped in one shipment within 7-10 business days of order deadline.
