In First Start Reading Book A, the students spend time covering their short vowels. Whether through tracing, drawing, or even rhyming, our students will not only solidify what they are learning, but they will also have fun doing so!

• Mastering short and long vowel sounds, 3-letter words, consonant blends, long vowel teams, soft c and g, three sounds of y, and 67 common words.
